Gautam Anand, Co-founder & VP, Business Development, Jalva Media, Inc.
Gautam Anand has led sales, business development and legal efforts for Jalva Media since March, 2000. He has established and managed ongoing relationships with a majority of Jalva Media's customers including Panasonic, Worksharp Technologies, Sawyer Media, Trade Attaché, The News Market, FDFN, CCN, CCBN, NOW, Zee TV and News Corp. He has also been responsible for establishing partnerships with other technology and service providers in the rich media value chain including Microsoft, Real Networks, Apple, Akamai, iBEAM, Exodus, MediaSite, IBM, BEA Systems and TRW. Gautam has also served as General Counsel to the company negotiating all legal agreements and managing all corporate legal issues for operating companies in California and India and holding companies in Bermuda and Mauritius. Prior to founding Jalva Media, Gautam was Corporate Counsel for Openwave, Inc., a wireless internet services and applications provider. At Openwave, Gautam's responsibilities included structuring and negotiating internet partnerships and alliances, mergers and acquisitions and equity investments. From July 1997 to October 1999, Gautam was an Associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, a major Silicon Valley law firm. Gautam has also worked for International Management Group, the world's leading sports marketing and management company. Gautam also co-founded The IntraUSA Group (Acquired by Midtronics), an electronics company with proprietary semiconductor technology. He has a Juris Doctor from the Boalt Hall School of Law, at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from UCLA.

Archie Elwell, Vice President, Brand & Business Development, SONY Metreon
Archana "Archie" Elwell is charged with overseeing Sony Metreon's brand marketing, business development, advertising, public relations, visual/creative, events, community partnerships, and Sony's promotional efforts within the 400,000sq/ft entertainment center. Since joining Metreon, Archie has pioneered several unique retail endeavors by working one-on-one with brands, manufacturers, and new technologies and helping them create a physical presence where they can test, launch, promote, and sell services/products. Her expertise in lifestyle marketing helps her tailor compelling and integrated solutions for her partners. It is Archie's out of the box vision and understanding of Sony's interlinked resources that supports Metreon's ability to innovate entertainment and retail experiences.

Miten Mehta, VP/Managing Director, Cronus Ventures
Miten has over 10 years of experience in the Wireless, Telecommunications and Networking industry. As VP, business development at InfoSpace, he is responsible for the wireless application services strategy for enterprise and consumer markets, carrier sales & marketing and key partner & industry alliances. Prior to joining InfoSpace, Miten was co-founder and COO of eComLive, a wireless chat start-up based out of CA, that he successfully led for acquisition by InfoSpace in 1999. Mr. Mehta also did brief consulting stints at Qualcomm and Ericsson and held various management positions at UUNET, a unit of MCIWorldcom, before. He serves on advisory board of several wireless start-up's including US-China wireless business, Ipsh; Reaxion, Trinity and is co-chair of Wireless SIG under TIE of which he is a charter member. He is an alumnus of Kellogg School of Management and did his bachelors in Telecommunications from University of Pune.

Nick Pahade, VP/Managing Director, Beyond Interactive (Grey Global Group)
As Vice President and New York Managing Director of Beyond Interactive, Nick Pahade directs strategic partnership initiatives, business development, client services, and operations for the company in the Northeast. Nick was previously Chief Strategic Officer of the digital agency Beyond Interactive, one of three companies that consolidated to form the current Beyond Interactive. While in that position, he opened the New York office and led the company’s business development efforts in the Northeast. In his current role, Nick has been integral in creating digital marketing solutions for clients including Dairy Queen, Reebok, and DoubleClick, and is the company’s team leader on healthcare privacy issues. Nick holds dual degrees in biopsychology and marketing from the University of Michigan.
